Grief Horizons
24 original, tiny watercolor paintings combined into wordless meditation on the multiple and varied experiences of grief.

Inspired by a series of familial disasters and the stormy landscapes of British Columbia’s Southern Gulf Islands, site of one of the aforementioned disasters.

These made their debut at EBABZ in December 2025. The 2nd Edition (also December 2025) includes an extra veil of translucent… are they endpapers if they’re not attached to the cover? Those.
Printed at Clement Collective on a color laser printer and trimmed to size / drilled / stitched by hand.
Gung Hay Fat Choy
A zine celebrating Lunar New Year memories and traditions. Concept, words, cover illustration, and design by Elizabeth Ü ; illustrations and hand lettering by Hannah Su.
A Writing Sangha + Clement Collective collaboration (unofficially) launched at Stories for Oranges at On Waverly in February 2025.

Quarter-letter-sized, stapled booklet with 2-color cover, 2 2-color inner pages, and 4 single-color inner pages. Designed using an HP MFP scanner from NZ (meaning it has to be run through a step-up transformer, ha), Affinity Publisher 2, Affinity Photo 2, and Spectrolite. Risoprinted in red and sunflower by the fantastic folks at Reprographixxx in Berkeley.
all is {writing} practice
A zine born of the question: what constitutes a writing practice?

Over 25 people submitted responses and Eric Wu had helped me print it over at Friends & Neighbors… all within a week of putting out the call for submissions. (Trimming / collating / stapling took a bit longer; now we know how to streamline the process for next time!)
Riso-printed, quarter-letter-sized, stapled booklet with 2-color cover and 16 single-color inner pages. Designed using Affinity Publisher 2, Affinity Photo 2, and Spectrolite.
Errata: I somehow transformed Jed Krieger’s name, which should have been in the list of contributors, to an apostrophe after Gimi Willie’s name… sorry, Jed and Gimi!

It’s Pronounced “You”
A foldy-zine created in response to the first dozen or so questions people ask upon learning my last name.
There have been many iterations, all designed in Google Slides (oof). Earlier editions were printed at home; now they’re printed at Clement Collective, in full color, on A4 paper (until my stash runs out).
