
Morning Room: a silent online practice space

Bring your own yoga, meditation, writing, or any other movement / creative practice and join me in the Morning Room.
No instruction. No talking. Just a group of people showing up to support ourselves and each other with our presence.
I’ll ring a bell after 20 minutes. That’s it! Feel free to keep doing what you’re doing if you’re on a roll, or transition to a different practice: Yoga then Writing or Morning Pages then Meditation or Qi Gong and then Chanting, for instance. Or simply gaze out the window to marvel at the sky’s changing colors. The room will stay open for an hour, unless I’m the only one in it 🙂
Morning room is designed for those of us who find it easier to commit to our practice when we know other people are practicing, too.
And this is not about should-ing all over ourselves! We practice together because we understand the benefits, not out of guilt or obligation. You are welcome just as you are. Whenever you can make it.
I offer Morning Room in the spirit of reciprocity, dāna, and creating what I need.
